National Road Safety Programme for Schools

Producing 24 CGI hazard perception clips for a national road safety programme delivered to schools throughout Lithuania, helping address alarming child casualty statistics.

01

The Challenge

Working in conjunction with BMK in Lithuania, Jellylearn was commissioned to address a serious road safety problem. School children were a particular focus as the statistics for these vulnerable road users were alarming when compared to other countries. The Ministry of Education needed a scalable, interactive solution that would engage children across all schools in Lithuania and produce measurable learning outcomes.

02

Our Solution

Jellylearn produced 24 × one-minute CGI clips to support the road safety project, deployed as an online service to all schools and colleges in Lithuania. The clips were animated and required children to respond to developing hazards — the same cognitive skill tested in the UK's national HP test, now adapted for young pedestrians, cyclists and future drivers. Results were consolidated so the Ministry could plan targeted training and education initiatives.
